Robert is an accomplished and innovative information technology executive with an extensive career in IT services and business and technology development. He has a large network of emerging technology and venture capital relationships and specializes in startup and small to medium business development and operations.  Robert has a unique combination of business and industry expertise and has deep experience in IT outsourcing and service delivery operations and improvement, holding an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 Certification.

As Senior Vice President, Industry Solutions and Chief Technology Officer at Cordys US, Inc. he directed the development of industry and technology solutions utilizing service oriented architecture and web services on Cordys' high performance, highly scalable business process management system (BPMS) platform. He also led Cordys US Professional Services which included the development and delivery of all pre-sales proposals, professional services statements of work and solution implementations, US training and customer support.

Prior to his role at Cordys Robert was Director of Information Technology Outsourcing Architecture and Innovation Centers at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). As leader of EDS' Top Gun program, a deep immersion program with EDS' Agility and Technology Alliance community, he teamed senior EDS architects with product development executives from partner companies to deliver over 40 projects to accelerate the assessment and development of emerging technologies for EDS' Agile Enterprise Reference Architecture.

During his career with EDS Robert held many leadership roles including the development of EDS' global telecommunications network and the creation of EDS' first global network security capability. He also led the development and global deployment of EDS' data center software services, managed EDS' technical training on a global basis, and provided desktop and server management services to EDS' high tech manufacturing clients. Prior to his last role at EDS Robert built EDS' web hosting offering from the ground up, culminating with the acquisition of LoudCloud hosting services.

Robert holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana.

Stan Wong

Stan Wong has extensive experience in executive sales management and has sold $Billions in software and hardware products. Prior to BizPoint Consulting, Stan was General Manager and Senior Vice President at Sonic Solutions where he spearheaded several merger and acquisitions including ROXIO.  Developing new markets for Sonic-ROXIO, Stan integrated ROXIO’s popular retail products with top OEMs and installed new applications into emerging, key markets. Stan’s strategic insights cultivated robust partnerships producing ongoing millions in revenue in addition to developing a potent direct business through ROXIO’s own online eCommerce.
 
As Director of Worldwide Sales at Veritas Software, Desktop and Mobile Division, Stan managed client base software for desktop computing. In 2002, he was instrumental in selling Veritas’ Desktop and Mobile Division to Sonic Solutions.

Michael Morel

With over 25 years of experience, Mike has implemented high impact integrated sales and marketing programs at globally recognized companies such as Hewlett Packard, BEA, and Adobe Systems and smaller companies like Tidal Software and ILOG.  At Adobe Mike grew their target business for LiveCycle ES, Adobe’s J2EE/Web 2.0-based enterprise software offering, from $8M to $38M - setting the business strategy, defining product needs, developing and executing the yearly marketing plans, developing all sales collateral and coordinating with worldwide field marketing and sales teams, resulting in a 65% year-over-year revenue growth for four years. 

Building on his success at Adobe, he used his deep marketing and analysis experience to transition ILOG from a product and technology company to an enterprise solutions provider resulting in faster account penetration, a 20% higher average selling price per customer opportunity, higher revenue and a more efficient ILOG sales process.  While at BEA Mike Identified top segment market opportunities and developed the go-to-market strategy, trained the sales team and lead generation programs resulting in faster account penetration and higher deal size.  At  Borland he developed vertical marketing strategies for the Financial Services, Government and Manufacturing industry sectors to transition companies from product-centric to solution-centric selling to increase account penetration and deal size.

Richard Kubin

Richard is an executive level problem solver with experience across the entire high tech eco-system, from semiconductors to hardware, software, networks and internet/web-services. A multiple patent holder with diverse expertise, including research and development, product & portfolio management, IT strategies and management, "green" design and clean tech, engineering and business process re-design and implementation, global manufacturing operations, and software development and deployment, Richard has worked with companies in North America, Europe and Asia.

As head of North America High Tech Solutions at Mahindra Satyam, Richard led a team of onshore and offshore resources to architect and deliver complex IT and engineering services solutions to companies ranging from emerging fabless semicon companies to some of the largest tech companies in the world.  Richard recently led the strategic planning and business development for new Smart Grid services, garnering CEO praise as one of Mahindra Satyam’s top innovators for 2009.  Having a solid understanding of the problems faced by power utilities and their suppliers, Richard is in a position to leverage his past high tech expertise in solving them.

In his position as VP of Product Development at E2open, Richard led a team in developing a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to manage the complexities of quality and compliance control in outsourced manufacturing environments.  As part of this work, Richard also led the development of international standards for the environmental compliance of electronic products, earning recognition from industry associations and the press.

As Director of Global Engineering at Nortel, Richard led a technology team to support outsourced manufacturing for all product lines, including new technology development and introduction, quality management and supply chain.  During this period, he also led successful divestiture (7 manufacturing facilities to Solectron) and acquisition (3 $1B+ acquisitions) activities.

With a focus on technology development and introduction processes and an extensive network of connections across high tech and clean tech, Richard is in a unique position to help startups and small to medium sized businesses productize their concepts and take their business to the next level.  M&A due diligence and integration strategy/execution are also key capabilities.

Ernie Costello currently serves as the Director of Business and Corporate Development with eSilicon. In this role, he manages strategy development, M&A activities, new business creation, and market analysis. Ernie’s areas of expertise include corporate and business strategic planning, venture funding, strategic partnering, licensing, strategic marketing, internal innovation processes, scenario planning, mergers and acquisitions and make-buy-ally decision-making  

Prior to eSilicon, Ernie was with Xilinx, the leader in Programmable Logic, in two roles: first, leading the overall strategic planning for the company from 2001 to 2006; and subsequently in Corporate Development from 2006 to 2009, implementing M&A activities, facilitating internal venturing, and placing investments via the Xilinx Corporate Venture Funds.  

From 1994 to 1999, Ernie worked as a consultant for Zamba Solutions and Focus Management Consulting creating and executing growth strategies for high technology companies such as Sun Microsystems, Hewlett-Packard, Hexcel, Loral, Etec, Macromedia, BestBuy.com, Intermedia, and PrimeCo.   Ernie began his career as an R&D engineer and engineering manager with Loral Space and Range Systems and Eaton/AIL Systems.

He earned BS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Duke University and an MBA with distinction from Santa Clara University’s Leavy School of Business.

Jack Story

Jack Story is Chief Technology Officer for Infocrossing, a Wipro Company. He is responsible for establishing and directing the technology leadership for Infocrossing. These responsibilities cover the strategy for Infocrossing’s data centers as well as strategic planning, technology innovation, and thought leadership. 

Prior to Infocrossing, Story served as a Chief Technologist for EDS in their Infrastructure Service Lines.
